**The produce subscription box already includes free shipping but may have a handling charge if you live in an extended area. Handling fee will be calculated when checking out.

It’s easy as pie! Log in to your account and from your dashboard on the left hand column you will see “Payment Method,” go ahead and click that. You will see that you can add as many cards or remove them as needed. You can even make one your default card.
You certainly can recycle the cardboard boxes, as well as any craft paper or zip lock bags used for your product. The foil insulated liners are recyclable as well, or could even be reused if you had a need to. Reusing the ice packs are encouraged for any long road trips, picnics, lake or beach days; they are bio-degradable so they can be thrown away, however they will need to be placed in your traditional garbage bin and not your recycle bin.
Editing your subscription is quick and painless. After logging into your account, on your dashboard you will see several options in orange on the left hand side, one is subscriptions. After choosing subscriptions, you will see some option buttons below, one being to suspend and another to cancel. When editing your schedule you need to keep the weeks’ notice in mind, since charges run the Wednesday prior to your following Wednesday delivery any changes to your subscription need to take place before charges run.
Any damaged product needs to be reported to: Kathy@AHOrganics.com within 4 hours of receiving your produce. All damage reports must include an image of what was damaged. It is our right to determine what the financial cost of the damage is and a credit will be issued towards your next delivery. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and will do our best to make things right! We are not responsible for any packages that are left unattended for long periods of time. If a signature is required at your delivery address please be sure you are present when the package is delivered. Any packages left at an address requiring a signature, but the signature was not obtained by the delivery driver will not qualify for a credit or refund of any type.
Of course not! You can choose your schedule and manage however it fits your needs. When you subscribe to a box you have the option to choose every week, every other week, or once a month. That schedule starts from the day that you add it to your cart and check out. If you have a week that you know you aren’t going to be home or you just haven’t had time to cook, you can easily suspend your subscription as long as you do it before the Wednesday prior to the delivery day. When you are ready to start up again you can reinstate your subscription.
